Enjoy a final summer sojourn as we honor the sun and say good-bye to long summer days with a reiki infused guided meditation that takes you on a sensory journey to the beach.
We’ll part with a written reflection exercise to complete between sessions and meet again Sunday for continued healing.

Autumn Equinox—a time when day and night are equally 12 hours each—a time to explore the balance between light and dark, yin and yang, and masculine and feminine. Experience an energy healing and guided meditation to help ground and balance you during this transitional time.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for STRESS REDUCTION and RELAXATION that also promotes healing.
It is a simple, natural, and SAFE method of spiritual healing and self-improvement for ALL AGES and HEALTH CONDITIONS. It works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and is administered by a light laying of the hands, by hovering above the body, or through distance during a remote healing.
