PAYMENTS:

Full payment is due before the session is received.

Payments for services are made through third party resources, Square for in-person payments, and Stripe for payments conducted through this website. KristinaNikolsWellness.com cannot be held liable for any breach of security or protocol by these third-party entities, and in using them, you agree that if you are damaged in some way as a result of their behavior, that you will pursue only the party that is directly involved in a breach of your information, and will hold KristinaNikolsWellness.com harmless in such matters.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Cancelling your in-person appointment with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a $40 rescheduling fee. Cancelling your Remote Health Coaching or Remote Distance Reiki session with less than 24 hours notice, will result in a $20 rescheduling fee.

If you do not show up to the appointment, your session is considered redeemed and payment is due in full.

Your appointment time is the start time of your session. If you are late to an appointment, your session will still complete at the end of your scheduled appointment time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late past your scheduled appointment time for your Remote Session (Reiki, Meditation, Coaching, Yoga), without communicating with your Reiki Provider, the session is considered redeemed and payment is due in full.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment for an In-Person Reiki Session, without communicating with your Reiki Provider, the session is considered redeemed and payment is due in full.

PRIVACY:

Your information is stored on the list server that delivers KristinaNikolsWellness.com newsletters and emails. Your information can only be accessed by Kristina Nikols who manages the lists in order to deliver e-mail to those who would like to receive Kristina Nikols newsletters.

All of the newsletters or emails that are sent to you by KristinaNikolsWellness.com include an unsubscribe link in them. You can remove yourself at any time from our newsletters or mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that can be found in every communication that is sent to you.
