This month’s community meditation takes place on Global Wellness Day!
For this event we will come together with a guided meditation, experience additional health activities, receive health tips, and meet others during our circle share.
Connecting with community plays a huge role in our health and well-being; so, when Covid-19 began I felt it was important to begin online Community Meditations to bring people together in a safe, healing space to share, meditate, and connect.
Each gathering has time set aside for a guided circle share, along with a brief guided meditation. This event is great for individuals looking to communicate in a positive, mindful way following guidelines of kindness, respect, honoring privacy, and listening with a supportive, open heart.
