Bring your goals and dreams to life with a vision board--a collage of images and words that create a visual representation of the life you want to live.

Visualize your future so that you can take actions to make it happen.

Become clear on what inspires you and set your intentions for your future. What do you want out of life? What are you passionate about? What do you want to manifest? Would you like a new living space? To eat healthier? A change of career? A vacation?

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is a simple, natural, and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement for all ages and health conditions. It works in conjunction with other medical or therapeutic techniques to promote recovery and is administered by a light laying of the hands, by hovering above the body, or through distance during a remote healing.

The word Reiki can be translated as "Universal Life Force Energy."
"Rei" has a few translations, such as: "Universal," "God's Wisdom," or "Higher Power.”
"Ki" means "life force energy."

As it is a form of energy healing, it can travel through distance; the location of the client and practitioner is irrelevant and individuals can receive healing benefits via distance, just as they would in-person.

Each treatment is unique to every individual and every session is different. The Reiki energy travels to where it's needed. It helps heal mind, body, and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security, and well-being.

WHAT IS MEDITATION?

There are many types of meditation and different ways of describing it. In general, it is a mental exercise that helps develop awareness, focus, clarity, and relaxation; a practice of presence and non-judgement. It helps to develop a new state of consciousness, transforming the mind and bringing about a more positive outlook on life. Research has shown that meditation has many benefits on well-being.
